Matt's Mai Tai's

Recipe
1 oz Smith + Cross Rum
1 oz Rhum JM Agricole VSOP
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 oz Orange Curacao
0.5 oz Orgeat
0.5 oz Koloa Kaua'i Dark Rum (float)

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake til it's ice cold. Open pour over a glass filled with crushed ice. Add rum float, garnish with mint. Enjoy.
